Telugu Box Office
Indian Premiere League Cricket matches have put Tollywood in a fix. Collections of all Telugu films are now at rock bottom. The matches have taken toll on Telugu Cinema. Especially it has strong impact on the night shows. Adding salt to the injury, Heat wave in Andhra has further deteriorated the situations. The morning and matinee shows at all theatres are running almost empty.
Last week two comedies – Bommana Brothers Chandana Sisters (BBCS) and Michel Madana Kamaraju released and both of them witnessed poor openings. Of the only BBCS has got better talk.
Sadly, collections for Pawan Kalyan's Jalsa touched nadir now. The film had great openings and had good run in the second week too. But it collapsed in the third week completely. Yet, the film still retains No.1 position due to lack of competition from new releases.
